- Can be demonstrated in a 6-8 minute presentation
- Are genuine real-time live demos - with any use of pre-cached and any other non-real-time data in our presentations declared to both the Jury (in this Submission) and Audience (during the Show itself)
- Are highly engaging for an audience of thousands of attendees

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to present in person you will need to present via a remote live link or via a video filmed ‘as if live’ (e.g. single camera single shot).

Rights Management
Accepted contributors to the ACM SIGGRAPH Asia 2023 conference will use ACM's rights management system to grant rights for the presentation and publication of accepted content.
- If your submission is accepted, please ensure that you will be able to attain the proper permissions for your Representative Image and Video by 18 August 2023. This media will be used for event-related promotional purposes.

Representative Image
Please verify that your Representative Image meets the following standards before you upload:
- The recommended aspect ratio for Representative Images is 3x2 in landscape orientation.
- At least 1500x1000 pixel resolution.
- At least 300dpi.
- Allowed formats: jpeg
- 15MB max
Video
Please verify that your video meets the following standards:
- Maximum 2-minute segment of captured video from your project
- Multiple non-continuous edits are permissible.
- Post-processing such as image or speed enhancement is strictly prohibited.
- Narration explaining the content in the video is highly encouraged.
- Minimum 1080p resolution
- H.264 codec
- Maximum 200 MB size
- Allowed formats: avi, mov, mp4
